The Humpback whale is nature’s most peaceful giant and one of the most mob orientated creatures. Collectively they are stranger together. Their relationships with each other is a responsibility based on protection and survival. They are a symbol of community and family. Their engagement with and co-existence of each other, reminds us all of the beauty and power of maintaining positive relationships.
Harry Pitt is a local Indigenous artist. He’s a proud Torres Strait Islander and Fijian man from Darnley Island on the Torres Straits. Harry has completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts, majoring in Visual Arts and Design at the University of Wollongong and is a proud member of Woolungah Indigenous Centre community.
